FAQ

What do you mean by “head”?
In water systems, “head” refers to pressure/air content. Entrained air passes through your meter and is billed like water.

Will this affect water pressure or flow?
FluidLytix controls and regulates flow and removes entrained air without reducing usable water supply. Pressure reduction is minimal.

 

How fast will my customer see savings?
Many customers see reduced billed usage in the very next billing cycle.

 

What about maintenance?
Once the valve is installed, no maintenance is required. The valve is built to last 15 years. 

 

Is financing available to my customer?
Yes—for U.S. businesses we offer third‑party financing options (e.g., 60‑month terms). Financing availability may vary by state and credit.

 

Is this compliant with the utility?
Yes. The system is installed on the customer's side of the meter and does not alter meter calibration—only compresses air as it flows through the meter.
