What Do Commercial Water & Sewer Rates Cost in Miami-Dade?
Miami-Dade commercial water and wastewater charges vary based on meter size and consumption. The County uses a tiered rate structure, meaning the unit cost of water increases as usage rises. For high-use commercial properties such as hotels, multifamily communities and restaurants, reducing metered consumption can therefore reduce both water charges and, where applicable, related wastewater charges.
