As chief engineering officer of FluidLytix, Juan Carlos Jr. co-manages innovation and manufacturing. He co-founded JCB New Technology LLC, developing the WAVE Valve— improving the design and functionality, and obtaining co-patent, 2015. In the last 3 years, he focused on creating a distribution network to install product performance tests in the US and countries such as, France, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. In Puerto Rico, he opened up sales and distribution in 200+ locations.
